Overview

Complete impact window and door upgrade for a two-story home located in a condominium community. The project featured white frames, clear Low-E laminated glass, a decorative front entry door, and a large fixed window along the staircase that became the centerpiece of the renovation.

The Challenge

The homeowners wanted to modernize the property while maintaining a clean appearance that complied with the condominium's architectural standards. The existing windows included grids that made the home feel more traditional and reduced the clarity of the views. Because the property was located within an HOA-managed community, all exterior changes, frame colors, glass specifications, and designs had to be reviewed and approved before installation.

The existing units were replaced with white-framed impact windows and doors using clear Low-E glass, and the grids were removed to create a cleaner, more contemporary look.
